Our Happy Customers"I want to encourage each clinician to access the CoHealth programs. I loved completing these courses online. I am not a computer whiz, but I found the site easy to navigate and I earned several CEUs in the comfort of my own home. All four programs provide relevant and practical information. The Behavioral Management course is quite helpful and I have adapted the information to train nursing staffs on how to manage problem behaviors and inappropriate boundaries.The courses on Documentation and Medical Necessity for Mental Health Practitioners and How to Document Progress in Psychotherapy include substantiating cognitive capacity, and establishing progress for ongoing psychotherapy. These courses are based on a clinician's interpretation of the Medicare guidelines and provide great concrete documentation examples. The course on Ethical Dilemmas is a good review. I think this course is especially important for clinicians new to the long term care setting. It highlights information about HIPPA dilemmas, and ethical and philosophical differences that occur related to informed consent, Advanced Directives and management of long term chronic illness.
