Terms of Service | Our Guarantee Our guarantee is that you will be completely satisfied with our professional offerings, including the live web conferences, online courses, and audio recordings. We will do whatever is necessary to meet your expectations on every interaction, and on products purchased. If you are dissatisfied with a purchase, the full price will be refunded to you. And, we promise to resolve any disagreement within 24 hours. All registration fees for a live web conference will be refunded if received more than 24 hours before the course start time. If a cancellation is received within 24 hours of the event, the registration fee will be applied toward any future web conferences of the same cost. No refund or credit will be given if a cancellation is not received before the event.
