About CoHealth | Join Our Team

Concept Healthcare Psychology Group, Inc., and CoHealth Psychology Services, P.A., collectively referred to as CoHealth Services, are looking for mental health practitioners to join our group LTC practice in Southern California and in selected areas in Texas.

Applicants must:
  • be licensed as Psychologists, LCSW, Nurse Practitioners, Clinical Nurse Specialists, or MD-Psychiatrists
  • support an integrated care model (for psychologists this will include supporting or learning new skills in behavioral medicine - H&B CPT codes)
  • have experience working in LTC settings
