CoHealth® is devoted to providing behavioral health solutions to all professional, paraprofessional, and family caregivers engaged in the care of the aging population.
- Our programs focus on training several different caregiver groups, including:
- staff at healthcare facilities where older adults receive services: residential, assisted living, and skilled nursing facilities; primary care clinics; home health agencies; rehabilitation hospitals and clinics; hospice agencies; and adult day health centers;
