About CoHealth Concept HealthcareSM(CoH) offers educational events and resources to advance the integration of behavioral health approaches, insights, and principles in the delivery of health care, especially with older adults. Our mission is to raise the awareness of caregivers - both professional and laypersons - about the importance and benefit of collaborating with behavioral health specialists, and to integrate these approaches whenever possible. Our commitment is to the CoHealthSM model, namely, that the collaboration between medical and behavioral health practitioners favorably impacts the response to, recovery from, or management of physical conditions. Our professional advisors are committed to this model, and will emphasize this collaboration in all of our education and training. The company's advisory board is comprised of experts in health psychology, geriatrics, rehabilitation psychology, psychopharmacology, and geropsychology. The CoH advisory board will grow in the weeks and months ahead to add to our collection of education and training materials. |
